Hi, could anyone please do me a massive favout and vote for my family in the vosene families competition. We are currently living in a caravan due to overrunning planning on our renovation, and will be hjere all winter. My teenage son has been ill for 2 years. We really need this holiday, but we are falling behind!

Thanks all so much for your (more than generous) support.
Just got 10 minutes out, before our daughter's harvest festival.
Rowanwitch, I am sure most people have voted legally and fairly as per the comptiton rules.
The organisers informed us today that after voting, there is 2 weeks before the competition winner is announced - time for them to review and discount any suspicious votes. I am sure we will have a few each discounted (obviously hoping it is an equal number .. or they have more!).
So we wont even know until 28th October .. just to add to our nerves!

Well of course all votes must be genuine and I do agree the threads can go once voting finishes but I do hope you continue to use this really great site now you have found us.

The rules say one vote per person we have people voting as multiple email addresses I 'd hate you to lose because of this... voting finishes when exactly?

No doubt there will be a few folk who have registered a vote using a fake e-mail address but it will have been accepted due to its being in the correct format. It'll not take the organisers long to send an e-mail to each address and then they can discount the ones that can not be delivered.

It looks like they have may have pipped us at the death. So good luck to the other family - I will send our best wishes later (we trust that they ran their race fairly).
