no update in CROWN COURT APRIL obviously pleading not guilty, i first put it on law just wanted to see what the the people on chatterbank thought thanks
Chatterbank isn't peopled by different folks............just folks who may have decided not to comment.
If you simply want an opinion and we have all the facts, I find it astonishing that with no evidence either material or witness, that this is going to Crown Court.

thanks mamyalynne that is all they have i wouldnt give false information there would be no point im just looking to see what peoples thoughts are as the jury would be members of the public
the jury would have more than your side of story to go on.

yes its been to magistrates,redcrx yes they will but he has told two different versions of events and his girlfriends statement doesnt match his
so why has the magistrates court refered this to the crown court???
usually when it is referred to the crown court it is a case deemed to serious to be dealt with by the magistrates...sorry to sound harsh....

because it can only be dealt with by the crown court as it carries a prison sentence i would like to add i have never been in trouble before and my solicitor has said even with no evidence sometimes in rare cases the CROWN take it up as its my word against his

update on case of gbh with intent hello people thanks to the people who responded to my questions went to court today and its ben thrown out yippee the police couldnt even say sorry for putting my family through 4 months of hell .THANKS AGAIN PEOPLE
