Limewire

It looks like Limewire has finally been shut down.

For someone like me, who downloaded the occasional vintage single, rather than wholesale modern album piracy - is there a free alternative to Limewire out there?

i use Vuze, never had a virus from it, unlike when i used limewire many moons ago

im glad you posted this up andy, because i was like you, just used limewire for the odd oldy song, so i too was disappointed that it has gone,
so i will be having to try one of the suggestions from our fellow abers aswell
