Where can I obtain a Digital Tachograph card?

As all you ABers know I am currently looking for work as an HGV driver, amongst other things. Many of the vacancies I am considering require the applicant to have a Digital Tachograph Card of their own. As you can gather by this question I do not have this. Where is the best and cheapest place to get this, and do any of you fellow ABers have this device?

I would imagine I can get this by mail order, as is the case with most things now.

i thought you were looking for work as a trade plater cum drug mule? :)
Sorry, do not know the answer but the firms who are asking for it probably do
