Having terrible problems trying to type a sheet of A4 labels.
We are now on Windows 7 and its all changed. The further down the label sheet I go, the more out of alignment the addresses become. I have put in the right make/size of labels, but not having any luck. Any ideas please? Thanks.

Are you using Word, and Avery labels (what reference number?)
When you say the addresses are going more out of alignment,
in what way? do you mean going off the bottom of the label onto the next label?
(a good tip, is that when you have typed in all the label details, do a fast copy onto
plain paper to check everything is OK before you print onto proper...

Yes they are Avery L7163. Yes, they are going onto another label and I am trying them on plain paper, but to no avail. I am going to have to log out now, so if you do reply, I will try what you suggest on Monday. Thanks in advance and have a nice weekend.
From what I read, I have a feeling that your are typing your information on plain
paper, and THEN selecting Labels, and trying to print what is on the plain paper
onto your labels. Is that correct? If so, that is not the way to do it. Let me know if
I have understood your question correctly and then perhaps I can try and help you
through it.

Hi Mark,
I open word, then Tools, Letters and Mailing, The Labels Tab, New Document, then a template opens (not sure if you call it that) with all the labels outlined. When you type in the first one, it is fine, but the further you go down the sheet, the more out of alignment they become, so the last label has half of the address on the previous label as well. Thanks if you are still watching this post.
