A rose. "In Loving Memory" - "Remembrance" - " Fond Memories" - all beautiful & available at good garden centres.
If difficult to find, look at the website for HENRY STREET garden centre , Arborfield, Reading as they will supply a potted one gift wrapped & delivered for about £30.00. They are specialist rose growers & the plants are really top quality.
