Yes, but don't cut the leaves off when they're planted out. . Let them die back naturally to nourish the bulb as much as possible. You may find that over a period of 3 or 4 years the flower spike gets gradually smaller but you should certainly continue to get flowers each spring for a while. Plant them together in a small clump for the best visual impact.
