common assault
hi,
I have been charged with common assault and will appear in court in a few weeks time,briefly i entered somebodys flat and assaulted them,i am due to see a solicitor soon and am going to plead ( i think) guilty,there were circumsatances for my actions (but i do understand what i did was wrong) i have no previous convictions,does anybody know the punishment im looking at.
