In todays papers article about Gareth Thomas "coming out" he says he hopes it will encourage others who are struggling to come to terms with their sexuality, his he referring to other sports personalities! Who are they!!

Well we don't know because they haven't "come out"! I'm sure there are many who would like to, but are afraid of the reactions of their team mates/fans.

There are very few sports people openly gay, as it's still seems to be a taboo in the sports world. Hopefully, in the not to distant future, it will be as accepted in sports as it is elsewhere.
