I try to look after my car and wash it weekly but the biggest problem is dried bugs. They seems even harder to remove than tar spots. I'm loath to pa Auto Glym any more money, (£7).Has anyone got any suggestions? Much obliged!

Hi Dibble I come across this often with my spare time work, the product i use is expensive so I will not go into that, fill up your kettle & drop the hot water on the bugs& let the water do it's job then use a sponge that will help clear them & cheap.

Google 'jewelultra diamondbrite'.Ive used this protection on my last three cars its brilliant
When you get it clean, give it a good waxing. That should stop dirt and bugs sticking so much.

(Do as I say, not as I do)
