After being told they had the wrong person they fined me in my name and disqualified me for 14 months but sent the dvla details of my brother who had 6 months earlier been disqualified . This is a serious error what should i do.

You will need to visit the Court who disqualified you, bring some proof of identity, tell them whats happened and they should be able to amend this mistake.
