I have just finished watching series 1 of Manifest on Netflix. Series 2 and 3 appear to be missing as it jumps to series 4. Has anyone any idea why?

Seasons 1-3 are on Amazon Prime. The first 3 seasons do the rounds on the streaming channels. Season 4 was created by Netflix after NBC cancelled the show, and has only recently broadcast the second half.
