Just listening to the smarmy Fraser Nelson droning on about this.
Sounds like the anti-restriction lobby putting the boot in.
Boring as hell all this now. I’m fed up with both sides in this argument. Politics and science clashing and everyone largely trying to do their best.
Let sensible neutral people do the review.
I’m not surprised you didn’t get much response, atheist. That was a ridiculous way to post a question. I don’t have TV and radio on throughout the day so, like Prudie, I don’t keep constant tabs on the news. I did, however, watch the BBC at 10pm so now I know what you’re talking about.
There are also various news-related websites online.
We must assume Oakeshott‘s motive is money.

She was commissioned the write Hancocks biography, and received a vast trove of information.

She did her contracted work, and wrote a ‘Hancock saves the Country’ narrative tome.

She obviously found Hancock odious and repulsive and set about doing him damage. She leaked his messages. He is hung by his own words.

Let’s not forget that 35,000 people quickly died in Care Homes - vastly higher than in our European neighbours.

Hancock must have been incredibly dim to voluntarily hand over this data.
Corby, am I being admonished for failing to check the news when you think I should? Just let me know.
he was foolish to give her all those messages... never trust a tory. Never ever.
Mr Hancock is nothing if not consistent.

He has shown himself to be utterly devoid of self-awareness, common sense, and any lasting ability to do anything except put his foot in his mouth.

He continues to perform to type, no-one should be remotely surprised at this latest nonsense.
//he was foolish to give her all those messages... never trust a tory. Never ever.//

You are aware she is on a relationship with Richard Tice - Reform Party, not a Tory?
I agree with AH with regard to the OP.
//this latest nonsense//

Actually if he knowingly failed to do the right thing, it's not nonsense. It's shameful.
Of course he's a Tory, he's just on a break.

"Before joining the Brexit Party, Tice was a long-term donor and member of the Conservative Party.[11]"
Even his response is pathetic.

He does not deny he received advice and chose to ignore it. But he claims the messages have been ‘doctored’, whatever that means.

No attempt to explain how the ‘doctored’ messages disprove the allegation.
