When you are annoyed that's probably the time to sit down and work out why you are annoyed. Sometimes it's because you feel they are not listening to you, or are doing something you don't like, Try to work out why it makes you feel bad. It may be something deep down that is nothing to do with them really. If it is then just let it go until you are calmer then maybe ask...

yes

Now and then yes. We've been together 50 years and I'd say that happens to me 2 or 3 times a year. Usually for a day.
yes. If you still feel that way after a few weeks however you may wish to take sterner action.
Absolutely, but as jno points out if it continues for a significant length of time then you may have a bit of a problem warranting stronger action.
Surely it all depends on what the SOH has done to warrant such action. If it's a 'he' and he's left the toilet seat up again, no. If it's a 'she' and she's burnt the cornflakes again, no.
Yes
The toilet seat thing is very annoying. I won’t elaborate, use your imagination.
Yes, of course.

No normal close relationship is all sweetness and light, we all get annoyed with each other at some point, that's simply human nature.

As advised, if it happens a lot, or you feel annoyed for more than a short period of time, that may be something to look into.

As a man who has lived with a wife and three daughters, I am automatically programmed to leave the seat down.

I even do it when I stay on my own in hotels, it is simply a reflex action.
Yes.

It was very normal in our younger days, but 51 years on it doesn't happen.
Yes, but then Mr T spoils it by asking me if I want a cup of tea. :-)

If it is then just let it go until you are calmer then maybe ask then m not to do that thing and explain why, if it's the not listening try to set aside a time without distractions and again try to explain why you feel this is happening. Your feelings are your responsibility. But their actions and yours are something that can be controlled. Dave and I got quite good at blowing up and then talking it through. We were both Capable of a sudden explosion leaving the other going what the **** just happened then ok ten minute time out and one of us would either say sorry or make a cup of tea and say do you want to talk about what triggered that.( For me it was if he tried mansplaining)
I believe talking is always the answer if you can do it kindly and without blaming them .
