I don't think my suggestion below is right, I even prefer radish to it

Mornay ( a sauce often used in salads)
Artist = Monet (pronounced monay, stick an R for recipe in it = mornay)

But not only is it relying on the way it soundsrather than spelled, it has nothing to do with autumn!
