Loving this warm weather, sorry it’s got to end
I could get used to it and could imagine going to those beautiful Northumberland coasts, no need to go abroad

Yesterday when it was 33 with 40% humidity I was ok. Today it's 23...but the humidity is 70+ and it feels awful. Mind you, I'm puttering around a bit. It will be 19 tomorrow and I may actually go out.

They are great in the warm weather. The two glass door to my balcony have been open and the screen doors closed since May. Also the windows have been left open...The screens keep the flies out and let the breeze in.

I've just put Sky News on and seems half of London is on fire and it is really challenging for the fire crews. A Major Incident has been declared including is Wembley.

Sometimes I'm amazed they've never caught on here. You can get super strong mesh window guards to keep cats from jumping out...but nothing to let air in.

True...I thought it was a bit backwards regarding summer weather here. Still is somewhat ;)

Hazlinny it's heartbreaking. Lots of poor animals being killed. It seems to be getting worse, not better.

Hope we don't run out of water!!

Definitely don't like this weather. Fires raging all over the world. Thousands having to evacuate their homes. It was only a matter of time before the UK started having wildfires.
Just take me back to the 40/50s when we had four seasons.

The wind is getting stronger now and spreading the fires more quickly.

Reservoirs emptying at an alarming rate. Fires needing to be dealt with . If this weather continues then we will be in dire traits.
