Baxi combi installed September 2020 new. I should have had it serviced after one year and every year so as not to void the 10 year warranty. Due to covid etc etc Ill health, you name it, it didn't get serviced. The Baxi firm say they won't honor it. I understand its six month overdue. Its Just a cautionary tale and to let off steam that I've written this

That's really bad service if you genuinely couldn't get it serviced at the right time due to Covid. Send an email to the MD, Karen Boswell OBE karen.boswell@baxi.co.uk
