Ginge (Ummmm's partner) has asked that I let you know that Karen's funeral will be held at 10am on Friday 17 September 2021 at the Cathedral of Our Lady and St Thomas on Barrack Road, Northampton.

Family flowers only, but donations gladly accepted to a local charity, Earth's Lonely Angels.

Hi All, Thank you so much again, for your kind words. Mum did a lot of cooking for the homeless through Earths Lonely Angels. Usually 3 course meals lol. Always soup for starters, big dinners that would fill them, often stew and chilli and angel delight or jelly for desert. We think it would be the charity she would have chosen to support. it utterly depends on circumstances anne - 3-4 weeks is pretty usual imo, although things can extend that: PM, family travelling, space at the chaoel, getting the celebrants you want and things can reduce it: being buried rather than cremated, no PM and so on
