Thank you bednobs for your most logical reply - I had never thought of getting today's Daily Mail. I think because I am a 77 year old disabled man (from an RTA) & self isolating, and my wife is in a Care Home (totally immobile from a Stroke), I made the decision, all by myself, not to venture out today. But thanks for your support.

Joe, I didn't think pongos gave up so easily. As Ladybirder suggests you should stick around.

I know, right? It really is most logical that if you want to enter a competition that involves getting a paper everyday, that you actually get the paper every day. Glad I could help :)
Bednobs, you posted a criticism without knowing the OP's circumstances. Was that fair?
It seems some people are able to get someone to buy the paper for them on Saturdays to get the wallet/card but not on the other days. bednobs, due to self isolation or other issues.
There is a phone number that I published where people can ring the Mail for the numbers but sometimes people like dogsrus can't make calls and besides danny prefers to provide the service on here which is fair enough as the Ed would prefer us to encourage people to post on here even though it sometimes clutters up Latest Posts
Is your comma key broken, ff?
FF also there is always the hope that some of these new posters may find AnswerBank appealing and stay as members.
Sometimes your home life and personal situation means you may have to sit a competition out.

Sad but true.

I hope you stay around , there's lot of places to chat here that will while away some time.
Joe please stay around. It can be really good fun on here at times.

I do struggle to see difference between comma and full stop on my keyboard and on the screen (due to worn keyboard but mainly my eyesight) so underuse them as I often get them the wrong way round - which is why I often end without punctuation

I didn't post a criticism, I simply said there was still time to get today's paper (at 9am)
