By the way can you confirm that my 4d. Having had one's fling, was suspended (5) I think it is 'SWUNG' husband says 'SLUNG' Your thoughts? We have S?U?G.

Perhaps it's my northern upbringing but I'd have to go with SLUNG

To sling an object is to fling it; so if you've had your fling you've sling it, and
'the decorations were slung from the ceiling' means they were suspended.

My take on it anyway.
