When Someone Mobile Phone Is Switched Off

I want to schedule someone's interview but the candidate's mobile phone is switched off. I email her about her interview timings and date. How to inform this to my Senior boss, that candidate is not answering on phone.

Fine. Just write what seems right and send and learn from any feedback. If the email is of critical importance check with a colleague who knows the organisation better than we do.

I tried calling Ms xxx to let her know the date and time of her interview. Unfortunately she is not answering her phone. I have therefore sent her an email with her interview details and I will keep trying to contact her to ensure she has received them.

If you're able to, I'd also say the e-mail was sent with the read-receipt option selected to confirm it had been read and at what time.
