Hello Sqad. I think I have BPPV. If I get the spinning when I turn from my right side to my left side, does that mean the problem is in the left ear? thanks

The transient attacks are certainly consistent wit BPPV, but it unusual for the effects of BPPV to persist. Have you had any neck problems....pain or stiffness, as arthritis in the cervical spine can also produce these...

Thanks Sqad. I`m going to phone the GP at 0830 and hopefully get an appointment for tomorrow. It`s a bit of a nuisance because I have a friend coming for her annual pre christmas trip on Wednesday and we were hoping to get out and about whilst quaffing quite large amounts of Cava. I`ll let you know what the BP says.
