Haven't watched Countdown for years but just saw Susie Dent on Celebrity Chase, what on earth has she done to herself?

She looks really strange.

Why do they have the 'guest ' in dictionary corner ?
More often than not , they don't come up with a word by themselves and their 'story' is often boring
