Elderly Wicker Seat

My wicker garden chair looks a bit tired - could I spray paint it or would the rain wash it off ? Any ideas Welcome, thank you

Yes...use car spray paint.

Paint doesn't usually come off my window frames in the rain. Can't see why it would on your chair. But the paint may blob in the folds/joins of the wicker and take an age to dry.

I used Valspar on mine, Mags....sanded, primed and sprayed using a brush too to make sure there were no blobs.....

I did it last year and it's coming off.......not cheap....not very good....

Will try the car spray this year....has to be better....x

If you go to Homebase or B&Q I am sure you can buy a can of exterior spray paint, they will advise you. And there are some lovely colours!
