Is there a way to change the time that elapses before it goes into standby mode?
My iPad is on charge and I've lost my kindle, so I'm trying to read a book on my iPhone but it keeps blanking out before I've finished a page. Thank you.

Clover you may get some advice from here if your model is listed

Clover it might be an idea if you add which model you have then I'm sure an Aber will be able to tell of the top of their head how to prolong the elapsed time if it can be done
If its the auto lock feature

Thanks Tonyv. I think it's an iPhone 4. I need to go to sleep now.

Thank you, Islay. Just what I needed.
'Never' is a little risky as if you forget to manually lock it you can run the battery down pretty fast, 5 minutes should be ample to read a page (wish they gave a 10 minute option for other apps)

Thanks, Fitzrer. I've set mine to 5 minutes.
