Can anyone recommend a reliable firm to prebook a car transfer for two people from Bangkok airport to a hotel in Hua Hin please?

Which hotel are you staying at? The 5 star places usually have good value transfers (comfy aircon minibus). Smaller places and you are on your own. AOT (Airport Authority of Thailand) have cars that can be prebooked (or booked on arrival), for about three times as much as standard (fairly decent) taxi.
