Does anyone know how long I need on my passport once I return from a trip to the US - is it 6 months or less?

Also can anyone provide a link with this information on please.

As far as I know it's still 6 months.

Thank you emeritus, I have 4 months left on my passport after I return I was worried that I may have to renew before I go.

Just renewed my wifes passport and they do add any time left on to your new passport, so if you were worried about meeting an over zealous immigration official ( surely no such thing in the US!!), you could renew it and have the time left added.
