Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

Keep losing posts. When will this heatwave on a heatwave end?? I've never known it to be this hot, even Mr N and hija are suffering and they love the sun! Just been lolling after doing housework and washing. In and out of pool and into a cool bedroom.
quite warm here too. Dentist says two teeth look beyond saving. I look likely to lose a professional card I've been entitled to for years. I've been eaten alive by ants in the garden. I'm not having a great day. Never mind, holiday at the crack of dawn tomorrow.

Just been out to meet Mr N for coffee there is a slight cool breeze thank heavens. I walked to the village and got a lift back with him. We had coffee in a lovely cool walkway.
Chest feels a bit better but pain at back is still bad.
Hello all
Very humid here still. I had to go to the doctors early doors and as I came out it started to rain .Just drizzle but it was lovely. Then I went and hung around the freezers in Iceland:) I had some bits of washing out yesterday and they were still damp when I brought them in so the humidity must be high .
Hope you're all ok .I've got dizzy pills, leg jollop, the hip is still just worn and torn and we had a chat about the NHS and Brexit.
