A friend wants to take 20 year old antlers to his property in Spain. Can they go as hold luggage on Easyjet?

I would contact the Airline for the advice Borrheid.

Thank you TWR I will do. Just wondered if any ABers knew the answer. Easyjet policy online says ' no game trophies ' in hand baggage.
Another option is by road freight, but they would have to be very well wrapped / packed, what part of Spain?
Proving there is no rule about importing animal parts into Spain, I don`t see why not. There are a whole lot of rules/laws about carriage of dangerous goods and antlers aren`t dangerous goods.
They are dangerous in a rut!
Borrheid, to reduce the cost Google Parcel Force / DHL / For prices.
Whoops, meant "providing" not proving
If you wrapped them really well (bubble wrap?) and then put in a case I don't see a problem with them going as hold luggage.
I wouldn`t put them in a case. The loaders will chuck other cases on top and they`ll get smashed to bits. I`d wrap them in thick bubble wrap and put fragile stickers all over them.
I would imagine it would be dead deer.
You'd never get them in a case, surely!
Antlers are not fragile. Anything but.
Haven't you heard of Antler luggage Tilly?
It depends, are we talking muntjac or red deer?
Fragile or not, the loaders will still chuck them about. I remember seeing a lot of boxes coming out of a hold with "Fragile, live fish" on them and they were being chucked about all over the place.

Thank you ABers , good advice as always. As for 'dead deer' that made me laugh! I will call Easyjet as well. I'll keep you posted!
