Free Parking near the Northern line?

Is there any free parking near by any of the Northern line tube stations (High Barnet - Tufnell Park stations) for easy parking from about 1.30pm to 5pm midweek?

I'd be very surprised if there were. Parking these days is a money making business and if the councils haven't put up there restrictions then commuters from outside London will be fighting for every available space and by 1.30 wouldn't be much left. I daresay someone will prove the exception.

My friend used to live at West Finchley and there was plenty of free parking in the roads around there. You`d need to check it out though as that was quite a long time ago and the situation could have changed.
