Your motherboard is configured for use with 1st Generation USB 3.2 ports, which have a maximum data transfer speed of 5 Gbps. The T5 drive can transfer data at around 0.5 Gbps, whereas the T7 one can do so at roughly twice that speed. So you should get faster transfer speeds with the T7 than with the T5. Remember though that you don't really need fast transfer...

Remember though that you don't really need fast transfer speeds if, say, you're only transferring Word documents or small numbers of image files to or from your SSD; you simply wouldn't notice any difference. Faster speeds only become useful if, say, you're transferring massive 4K video files. So you need to think about what it is that you'll be storing on your SSD before coming to a decision.
