Contacting "health For You" App

My father-in-law has a blood pressure monitor kit which uses the Health For You app. He is having a problem with it and I have ruled out the equipment as the problem so need to contact the app. Is there any chance that anyone could give me any contact details for them please? I have tried googling but I'm not getting too far.
