Can Anyone Help Me Identify This Gigabyte Motherboard?

All I have is this photo and as you can see you can't make out the model number.

If not would you think the red ports on the LHS are SATA ports, and what ir the orange port above the CPU socket? Could this be a legacy server motherboard?

8x SATA (red)

1x DPS [Dual Power System] slot (orange) - Gigabyte innovation; a daughterboard to send an extra 3 phases of power to the CPU and is supposed to make it more stable.
