None of our radiators have individual thermostats... How easy is it to change just the valve-y bit for the thermostat-y bit?

Thanks, dustypuss! We're getting a new boiler in the next week or so, so it might be the perfect opportunity to get this done.
Good Thinking ;-)
The whole valve (one end of the rad only) will have to be changed.... not just the knobby bit, so the system will have to be drained. Best to do it when the boilers are being swapped. No point in doing it twice 2sp :o)))
