I have a very basic old Nokia which has suddenly stopped being able to send or receive photographs. Although I've returned everything to factory settings, the problem persists.
I would be most grateful for any advice or suggestions.
(Would prefer not to get a new one - they are all too complicated these days)

I have no experience of it but it'd be what; 6 years old or so ? Nokia would probably consider it an archive product (not that I've checked on their website). It may be that it has come to the end of its useful life. What you could do is take it to, say, Carphone Warehouse, see if their tech guys know how to get it running.

Why was Chuck given best answer? What is so helpful about his answer? I'm curious and trying to understand. Absolutely nothing against you, Chucky :)

Because Old_Geezer's and ChuckFickens' and indeed society's answer are all headed Mark as Best Answer! So when I answered the question, it was immediately promoted.
Sorry, don't understand why.

Chuck, when I do that I keep getting Message failed. Maybe Old_Geezer is right and I should give up on Old Faithful.
