Am I Being Hacked

I have just received the following on my other computer which has
blocked it It is headed
Cheshire Police Authority E Crime Unit and quotes a reference
number Has anyone else heard
of this ?

Probably you computer isn't hacked but your email has been harvested from somewhere. Police emails are a current phishing scam, delete it unread then empty your rubbish bin.
