Teatime - What's On Your Plate?

I've raided the fridge for odds & sods and invented a Leek & Potato & Parmesan bake thingy - smells nice as it's cooking anyway.

Will probably just have it on its own, or I may nuke a bit of frozen salmon to go with it.

A lime & lemon M&S luxury yoghurt.
A crisp Sauvignon blanc, chilled as chill as possible.
