Can I change the date on some of my photos? (Part two)

I clicked on the link that Rojash provided. There seemed to be several download buttons. One of them wanted to give me Download Manager, and another wanted to give me 7Zip. None of them seemed to want to provide EXF Date Changer. I now have two tool bars that I don't want - FLVrunner and another one. How do I get rid of them? How do I get Date Changer to install? [I did say I wasn't very computerate.]

I got rid of the unwanted toolbars, btw. I read how to do it somewhere online. The script said there were some that were difficult to remove, but mine were straightforward.
