On returning to my apartment flat, a worker followed me up to my door and wrongly accused me of recording with my iPhone when I was just turning it on while I leaving at an earlier time.
I find this abusive, I believe I'm entitled to use my iPhone without been intimiated.
I live in Ireland so any advice from here would be appreciated.

recording things is not an offence and you can probably report them if they were threatening, abusive or using racist language etc. this will be difficult if there are no witnesses to the incident (he said, she said) but if you know which company they work for....make a complaint about their behaviour. or see above answer! or do both!
