Hi Guys.....Can anyone tell me if storing loads of sites as Favourites will slow down my computer. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Although if you do really want to stick with IE then it almost certainly won't be IE as such that is slow to open but one of the add-ons you have installed that's slowing it down. you can disable all your add-ons (tools menu > manage add-ons) and then start re-enabling them one by one to figure out which is causing the slow load.

No it won't.
ditto
Only if you have your browser set to open all your favourites on start up

< don't laugh - I've seen it done - opening thirty or so tabs sure did slow things down >

Thanks Guys.....I guess I'm ok because I don't get anyone of the favourite open until I press "Favourites" down left hand side and scroll to the desired site....My reason for my question is that my Outlook Express opens as quickly as ever but Internet Explorer seems to have put the brakes on....Tel
That's easily fixed. Download and install either Google Chrome or FireFox, let it import your IE friendlies, and then never use IE again.
I go along with Mark.... Although I have a preference for Firefox. ...I don't like IE.
