or go to my pictures ( where your photos are ) and highlight the photos you want to send and if on windows 7 look across top of page and click on email. It will then open up your email with photos already attached.

Get it so far, but can I look at the photos when they are on the email because some I want to use some I dont.Am really a beginner at this
Alternatively upload them to a photo-sharing website such as Photobucket or Flickr and make them shareable; those websites will provide a link to each picture. You then only need to include those links in the email.
Keep in mind that modern high MP digital cameras take pictures that are often 2+ MB in size, and a lot of email services set a maximum size for emails at 10MB or so... (It varies a lot between providers)

So you may not be able to send more than a few pictures at a time in an email, uploading them to a site like photobucket and then sender the other person a link to the album you've uploaded them to is a far better idea.
just choose the ones you want before you put them on email either way you do it my opening my pictures or attaching when in email program.

Look at your photos and make a note of the number or name of the photo you want to attach - that means you always pick the one you want.

Thank you all for your help. Will report back how I get on.
Just a point I have windows 7 and i cannot see the e mail across the top of the page Why is that?
you need to highlight your photos first Groupie before menu bar at top appears. Just try by highlighting a photo.
sorry but after highlight Organize ,open, share with ,slide show ,print, burn and new folder. but no e mail
I get that groupie when I open my pictures but when I click on a photo to highlight it I get email in between print and burn. Are you sure you click on a photo to highlight it?
To giveup: A good tip is to resize your pictures to a smaller size before you send a whole lot by email - the bigger your pictures are, the slower your email will send.
sending them from my pictures it gives you different sizes to choose from so all done from there.
