Yuck to the marmite!
cheese, ready salted and mayo
My fave used to be ham & prawn cocktail (when you could buy nice prawn crisps). Now, I just prefer a plain old smokey bacon crisp sarny!
cold chicken, ready salted crisps and smothered in mayonnaise.
yuk!
I also used to like tomato soup, tomato crisps - dipped in the soup & put in a lovely gregg's stottie mmmm
Same as Red :-)
what is a greggs stottie?
Just marmite and ready salted for me. Really fancy one now.

My daughter cant eat anything cheese flavoured. Says it reminds her of
pongy feet!
Stottie is a flat cake-type loaf, traditionally baked with the left over dough from baking day on the bottom of the oven. I think it's a Geordie thing which has spread.
Probably cos when I was pregnant I had cheesy wossits by the bagful!

Yes Mike11111 that's right. You'll be hard pushed to find them anywhere but the NE England - if you's are ever around, you must try one - particularly from Gregg's their's are the nicest by far.
