Since I moved to Windows 7 I have noticed that I go for very long periods of time, when I cannot get the Answer Bank "Ask your Question" webpage.

I have submitted several 'Contact us' e-mails asking for help, most were acknowledged, but no offer of help has ever been received.

Anyone out there got any ideas? I sure do miss being able to ask questions when I want, rather than when the system wil let me

An even more confused (than usual)

I presume you are using Internet explorer 8?

If so click on the compatibility icon just to the right of the address bar while viewing a page on answerbank and see if that helps. or alternatively use a different browser such as firefox or chrome (or any of the others, loads to chose from)

Well fan my britches, ChuckFickens,

Once again, I find yet another one of your answers that is "Finer than frog hair."

This is the only time I have ever used "Compatibility" mode, and it worked a treat.

I can hardly wait to use my newfound knowledge, but only for good, and against evil doers.

Chuck is a genius in technology, OldSalt. Don't know how we'd manage without him. ;-)
