What's the easiest and quickest way to type acute / and oblique \ accents on an ordinary QWERTY keyboard using Windows 7 ?
Is there any way to set up the keyboard so it types accented E on pressing two or three keys together ?

holding down Alt Gr (to the right of the space bar) while pressing the letters will do one of them (acute I think)
