dell inspiron 530

computer wiil not come on.
switch it on and normal commencing noises occur such as main fan kicks in but does not stop and tower makes 4 loud beeping sounds continuously with a few seconds break inbetween and the monitor is not coming on
has anyone had this occur with their computer or knows what the problem is?
