When I am using Mozilla Firefox browser.
Videos within the ITV News website will not play. When I click on play, it immediately flashes back to Play button. When I restart in Safe Mode it is OK. Restart again, No Videos! Have tried clicking "Never Activate" in the "Add-ons Manager" Items, still no good.

Just use IE11 and forget the others as it supports HTML 5 which is what is being used now
