Reducing the Font size

Hi All sorry to bother you.. I've just clicked on something on my desktop and the Font has increased (looks awful) Any clues on how I can reduce it back to normal?

or hold CTRL key down and spin your mouse wheel

I tried that first fluff but it didn't work ;o)

clockwise only works in the southern hemisphere

oh, and the other way is to go to View > Zoom (or whatever it is on your browser)
