Looks like it was made in 1948 by Johnsomn AB in Stockholm.

Yes, 18 K gold.
You're very welcome, my brother is a gold and silver dealer so he's usually pretty down with things like this x
Oh, and the hall mark means 'made in Swededn' as opposed to imported from Sweden

Yes, it is priced per ounce or gram. I want to pay a fair price for a piece of 18ct gold jewellery that weighs 22.3 grams
It's £31.38 per gram and will dither 50p in either direction according to brother x
