Is There Anything More Boring Than Writing Christmas Cards?

Just done mine and yes, it's boring. Not much Christmas spirit around this year, but the card writing and present wrapping are 2 tasks I just don't like anyway.

I won't have any to write but son will do some for his class mates. I've got about 5 to do on funky pigeon though.

My boring thing is watching sport. I'd rather iron any day than watch sport especially cricket and footie ;o)

Since we gave up sending them years ago, we get very few. To be honest we don't really do Christmas except for a get together with son and wife some time over the Christmas holiday with a few pressies. Son and wife don't do Christmas either and usually go out with the dog and a picnic to the beach on Christmas day. Christmas used to stress me out and we don't do things we don't like any more. If young children were in the picture we would obviously do it for them.

Roll on January and snowdrops.

i like getting cards, especially as its my Birthday on CDay

I don't decorate or display cards any more. There is nothing about Christmas I like any more and the fact that people now start thinking about it months ahead has made is worse.
