Just listening to my bible app. In Job 1:6 said. Now there was a day when the Sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came among them.
This speaks to me this way. Jesus created other words after this one. And as Adam was the first Jesus was his Father....So the Sons of God/ Jesus. However, as Satan was already cast out of heaven and banished to earth, there wasn't anyone to temp the other Sons of God into sin. And the LORD that is referred to here is God the Father.

Job is Old Testament and Jesus is New Testament. The Lord or God the Father is the same thing. Adam, if he ever existed, was dead many years (thousands?) before Jesus was born. From google the Sons of God (Old Testament) may have been angels. Satan had previously been an angel called Lucifer, who was cast out of heaven for bad behaviour. So the Sons of God and Jesus...

My thoughts?
Instead of listening to an app of fairy stories you would be better getting out and seeing the world in all its wonder both good and bad wonder.
My thoughts are, you’re ideal material for religious brainwashing.
Sounds like it would make a great Movie.

So the Sons of God and Jesus are not related in the Book of Job. I don't know the rest of the story so have know idea why anyone needed tempting into sin. Except that Job is famous for his patience so I expect he put up with a lot of tempting into sin. Keep listening to your app for the next instalment.
// Jesus created other words after this one//

What does that mean?
You mean that’s the only bit that you couldn’t make sense of Naomi?
Well .... there are a couple more bits .... but that one in particular arouses my curiosity. I'm wondering which brand of religion is being promoted by Boona's app.
My thoughts are - none of these people exist, why waste your time trying to figure out what they never said and what never happened.
"Jesus created other words after this one". Did you mean other worlds? Might they be spouting this rubbish in space too?
Prudie, I have a theory that since Jesus was sent to die in order to save we sinners, he is obliged to do the rounds, inhabited planet by inhabited planet. Rotten job - and groundhog day to boot.
Sort of like an interplanetary Jehovas Witness?

This is interesting. You don't believe Adam existed. Why is that?
//You don't believe Adam existed. Why is that?//
I'll turn the question around Boona and ask why you believe that he DID exist? Is it because a few verses in an ancient scripture told you that he did?
My thoughts are that I don't understand what you're getting at; and one ought not read too much into myths.
Boona, I would appreciate an answer to my question at 16:43 Sat.
According to the Bible - OT, there's no need for Satan.
God himself claims to have created evil. I quote :
" I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. " KJV Isaiah 45.7
God gave us free will to make choices. The wrong choices are evil, not obeying God.
Theland, if opting for one of the two choices carries with it an unthinkable penalty free will is somewhat restricted, wouldn't you say?
Criminals when caught pay the penalty for their crime. They have a choice to abey the law or not. Some make wrong choices.
Obey rather than 'abey"? Surely?
